YTTEK | Demountable CubeSat Model

Project Story

For YTTEK, Maxmodel created a CubeSat model designed for easy assembly and disassembly. It combines 3D printing, laser cutting and a metal structure in a physical presentation of satellite technology.

Materials and Assembly

3D planning and precision laser cutting were used to arrange the connections and conceal fastening screws. ABS plastic, acrylic and metal give the model contrasting surfaces and a practical hands-on form.

Working to a Tight Schedule

Accurate design work and clear communication helped reduce waiting during reference gathering and production. These methods supported the project despite its limited schedule.

Technology in Physical Form

The CubeSat model uses multiple materials and fabrication methods to give the satellite a detailed, tangible presentation.
