Project Story

Maxmodel worked with YE I MACHINERY FACTORY on a compact plastic recycling equipment model intended for an exhibition in Japan. Exterior modeling, 3D printing and lighting provide an alternative to transporting a full-size machine overseas and support equipment promotion.

Portable Display and Protective Case

The display combines a lightweight format with a detailed exterior. A sturdy aluminum case includes wheels, a customs-compatible lock and protective padding to help secure the model during international transport.

Assembly for Transport

Bonding and assembly methods were chosen to reduce the risk of loose components and deformation during transport. The work specifically addresses the temperature changes that a model may encounter along the way.

Adaptable Power Supply

An adaptable voltage transformer accommodates different electricity supplies within its specified operating range, making the model more flexible for international use.

Lighting Beneath the Model

Focused lighting at the base strengthens the equipment's appearance on display. It helps draw attention to the plastic recycling technology being presented.

A Tool for Equipment Promotion

The model offers a way to introduce recycling equipment while reducing the burden of moving full-size machinery. It demonstrates the role of a physical model in equipment marketing and overseas promotion.
