Motorized Simulation × Visible Production Flow

Commissioned by MIRDC, Maxmodel created a moving wet-process production-line display. Motorized mechanisms translate the line's workflow into a visible demonstration, while scaled equipment arrangements make the industrial process easier to observe.

Epoxy Resin × Realistic Tank Contents

Epoxy resin creates the appearance of liquid inside the tanks. Controlled transparency and layering bring the process environment closer to the real facility.

Scaled Layout × Complete Production Scene

The model retains the equipment spacing, tank arrangement and operating routes of the production line. Figures, utility facilities and control units create a complete process setting rather than an isolated machine display.
