Weisun Industrial | Interactive Industrial Oven Model, Taipei Automation 2023

Project Story

For Taipei Automation 2023, Maxmodel built an interactive oven model for Weisun Industrial. Designed to present equipment for the semiconductor and electronics industries, it combines moving mechanisms, 3D-printed parts, push-button controls and programmed sequences.

A Coordinated Loading Demonstration

Lighting and movement were planned through 3D renderings of the equipment concept. An automated guided vehicle (AGV) approaches the oven and places a product inside as the oven doors open, creating an observable loading sequence.

Quiet Linear Door Movement

A quiet linear mechanism operates the door panels, reducing mechanical noise during the demonstration.

A Reinforced AGV Platform

The AGV's moving platform was reinforced with exhibition operation and overseas transport in mind, supporting stability and durability.

A Custom Aluminum Case

A dedicated aluminum transport case helps the client move the model to its display location and simplifies exhibition preparation.

Performance at the Exhibition

The source reports that the model operated at Taipei Automation 2023 without a malfunction during the event. The project combines fabrication experience with motion and control development to support an interactive equipment presentation.
