Precision Scaling × Industrial Detail

Maxmodel produced a detailed scale model of Cosei Technology's HGT Series automatic brushing machine. Used for circuit boards and substrates, the equipment removes burrs, cleans and micro-roughens surfaces before drilling, copper plating and printing. Miniature grinding structures and mechanical lines reproduce the machine's manufacturing functions.

Concealed Connections × Pogo-Pin Modules

Spring-loaded pogo-pin connectors replace exposed cable bundles. Hidden circuits supply the illuminated base while keeping the display tidy. Modules can be separated without loose external wiring, making disassembly and packing more convenient.

Openable Covers × Visible Internal Paths

Magnetic covers open to reveal the brush-wheel operation and board transport paths. Exposing the mechanisms normally hidden inside the metal enclosure supports clear explanations and discussions at exhibitions.

Frosted Lightbox × Tablet Operation

The display base uses a custom frosted lightbox with a lightweight translucent surface. Custom tablet software can trigger dynamic lighting separately and present detailed specifications for each machine.
