KAORI Thermal Technology | Data Center Liquid-Cooling Solutions Model
KAORI Thermal Technology | Data Center Liquid-Cooling Solutions Model
Showcase
Data Center Cooling × Technology Infrastructure
As AI, cloud computing and high-performance computing expand, this 180 cm × 100 cm model presents data center thermal management. It combines immersion cooling, free cooling and D2C liquid cooling with a cooling-tower simulation unit to show application settings.
3D Printing × Programmed Lighting
3D-printed structures and programmed light controls simulate coolant routes, making the cooling system's operating logic more visible and interactive.
An Integrated Workflow × Coordinated Stages
The project follows an integrated production workflow to coordinate the client's work across three stages:
Stage one: develop 3D models and renderings, then review details such as pipe arrangements and cooling units with the client.
Stage two: fabricate the approved physical model and integrate its lighting controls.
Stage three: reuse the completed 3D assets to produce animation for exhibition presentations or technical introductions, avoiding a separate animation handover.
Project Coordination × Consistent Assets
The shared workflow produces consistent physical-display and video content while reducing repeated communication and revisions.
Application Formats × Technology Communication
The model brings together AI-era cooling, digital fabrication and visualization. It is suited to technology exhibitions, corporate presentations, training and investment-promotion activities.
Max One Video Planning × Integrated Marketing Production
To explain products and technology on the client's website, Maxmodel reused existing 3D assets for brand and product videos. This reduced repeated modeling and separate outsourcing handovers. The same team handled scripts, pacing and visual storytelling to translate technical content into coordinated website and marketing material.
