Sales Display × Design Concept

Commissioned by Song Yang Construction, the Guoguang development model was produced at 1:45 scale over approximately two and a half months. Laser cutting and color matching against client-provided tiles connect the urban-renewal design with sales-display needs.

Neighborhood Context × Surrounding Facilities

The model includes the buildings and surrounding setting, including Guoguang Park and Guoguang Elementary School. The modeled building is approximately 130 cm tall, giving viewers a clear sense of its form within the plan.

Warm Lighting × Everyday Details

Warm-white lighting highlights building details. A north indicator, figures and vehicles add orientation and a sense of daily life.

Fitted Base × Power Arrangement

The model sits on a client-provided display platform. A custom-sized base is fitted and secured into it, with provision for a 110 V power outlet and lighting selected for extended operation.

Detailed Craftsmanship × A Visible Development Plan

Coordinated proportions, lighting and installation turn the Guoguang Road plan into a physical reference, helping potential buyers understand the proposed living environment.
