Presenting the Complete Development
For Shengeng 13, a large development in Bade, Taoyuan, Maxmodel used a plain-finish architectural model to show the overall plan. The contrast between buildings and surrounding planting helps prospective buyers understand the visual character and environmental arrangement.
Laser Cutting and 3D Printing
Precision laser cutting forms the main architectural structures. For special landscape elements or complex shapes, 3D modeling and printing reproduce the required forms and maintain consistency across the model.
Scale and Production Schedule
The model was made at 1:60 scale and stands 1.2 m tall, presenting the development's size and design concept. Production took approximately two and a half months. The finished model supports sales explanations while demonstrating the fabrication methods and detailing used in the project.
