ASC | PTFE Production Line Interactive Model at SEMICON Taiwan 2023

Project Story

ASC 上品綜合工業有限公司 worked with Maxmodel on an interactive PTFE production-line model for SEMICON Taiwan. The display combines 3D printing, app control, moving mechanisms, lighting, electromechanical integration and programmed operation.

Integrated Engineering and App Control

The project brings together mechanical and electrical integration, design, model fabrication and app development. These capabilities support a detailed display with coordinated interactive functions.

Detail and Lighting

3D printing reproduces the equipment from the drawings. Linear LED lighting creates a technology-focused appearance while keeping individual LED emitters out of sight.

Tablet Controls and Standalone Use

A custom tablet app controls the model lighting and opens product explanations at selected points on the screen; it can also play videos alongside the model. The source describes a non-Bluetooth mode and operation without a network connection, intended to support different sales presentation settings.
