An AI Smart Campus Model

For the 2024 Smart City exhibition, Maxmodel and Taiwan Secom Group developed an interactive smart-campus model bringing several intelligent solutions into one display.

Multiple Campus Applications

The model covers smart construction sites, flood warnings, smart buildings, smart vessels, drone-assisted disaster response, fire detection and violation detection, showing the range of functions within a smart campus.

Interactive Scenes

Measuring 180 cm long and 110 cm wide, the model combines the requirements into one scene through advance discussion and design. Selecting a tablet button directs lighting to the relevant area and plays a scenario video, while moving mechanisms bring the scene to life.

Lighting and On-Site Support

A varied lighting design drew visitors' attention at the exhibition. Maxmodel provided installation, move-in and move-out services to support the display through the event and help manage the risk of model damage.

Max One Video Planning × Real-World Scenarios

For the campus applications, we planned and produced videos using footage from actual sites and events. Editing brought together smart construction, police response, public safety and city-monitoring scenarios, with animated text and 2D graphics explaining how each system works in practice.

The work covered content planning, footage organization, animation design and post-production. Coordinating the videos with the interactive model helped visitors understand campus operations in a short presentation and added context to the display.
